Just as I was getting confident in riding the entire mountain, I made a decision to accompany some expert skiers down quite a famous 007 related black run, in what can only be described as maybe not ideal conditions... after serious protests from myself, I finally decided to snow goggles simply to realize that these highly experienced twin plankers were side slipping down the mountain!!!

It's the weirdest thing when you are able see other people on the slopes perfectly but cannot begin to see the slope itself... there has been times when I have genuinely thought I had arrived at a stop but hadn't, after which fell quite heavily, such may be the manner your brain is fooled by such conditions. The results from these experiences for me has been to discover a couple of snowboarding goggles that give you the maximum amount of of an advantage in flat/low light conditions as you can.
